Vintage Murano Glass Table Lamp with Fluted Shade

A beautifully delicate vintage Murano glass table lamp, sold to the current owner as circa 1940, with a sculptural fluted glass base and matching scalloped bell-shaped shade.

The clear glass gives it an elegant, almost jewellery-like quality, while the aged brass fittings add just enough warmth and patina. Lit, the ribbed glass throws a lovely glow through the shade and makes the whole piece feel especially atmospheric.

Condition

Glass presents very well with no visible chips or cracks. Brass fittings show age-related patina/tarnishing. The inline switch has been taped and is currently functional, though the consignor notes it would benefit from replacement
