It’s hard not to get excited about shipping. It means your treasures are en route to their new home.
We believe there’s beauty in simplicity, so we’ve made our shipping process as easy as possible for all parties. If you want to learn a little more about it, please be our guest.
Unless specified otherwise, shipping is not included in the sale price of an item. Please read the shipping information on the product listing page. Email us hello@curatedspaces.com.au if you have any questions.
LOCAL PICKUP
Once you’ve made your purchase, we’ll be in touch with more details on how to get in touch with the seller to arrange to collect your item.
You must collect your new prized possession within two weeks of purchase.
Of course, if you’re in the same location but would prefer a local courier to deliver your item - you’re free to do so. More on that just below.
OTHER DELIVERY METHODS: COURIER SERVICES
Unless specifically mentioned on the listing and at checkout, shipping costs are not included in the purchase price of our pieces.
Buyers are to arrange and pay for their courier services privately. You may wish to obtain a quote from a courier prior to making your purchase to factor all costs into your purchasing decision.
To make it easier for our buyers, we’ve put together a list of local and interstate couriers at the bottom of this page. You’re welcome to use a service that isn’t listed there if you prefer.

Other delivery methods: Fixed rate shipping and local or interstate courier services
Some smaller items (e.g. lamps) are able to be posted at a fixed shipping rate. This rate will depend on the weight of the item and will be listed at checkout.
If the item is more fragile it will only be available for local pick up or delivery by speciality couriers, because we can't bear the thought of our one-off vintage pieces breaking on their way to you!
If you are purchasing a larger or heavier item that is located in a different state to you, it will also need to be couriered.
For items that need to be couriered, you will need to arrange and pay for a courier to deliver the item to you. Again, we ask that buyers arrange for their couriers to pick the item up within two weeks. You may wish to obtain a quote from a courier before making your purchase in order to factor courier costs into your purchasing decision. Shipping / courier costs are not included in the cost of the item.
AUSTRALIA WIDE
: Pack and Send: Check your local outlet for a quote. They offer a custom wrap service and also offer insurance, so are good for fragile pieces (e.g. marble and lamps).
ITEMS THAT MAY NEED TO BE POSTED
Some smaller items (such as lamp shades) are able to be posted at a fixed shipping rate. The rate depends on the weight of the item and will be listed at the time of checkout.
FRAGILE ITEMS
If your item is a particularly fragile one that needs a bit of extra care, it will only be available for local pick-up or delivery by specialty couriers. We can’t bear the thought of our one-off vintage pieces breaking on their way to their new home!
