Condition 

Purchased in February 2025 and presented in excellent condition, this stunning Trit House Hampton Modular Sofa has been meticulously maintained and is only 15 months old. Excellent pre-owned condition with no stains or marks. There's a very minor depression in a small section of the foam cushioning on the chaise seat which was there from new and is not very perceptible (see photos).
