Orange Slice Chair Pierre Paulin
The Orange Slice is a design classic by French designer Pierre Paulin for Artifort, distinguished by its sculptural form language. In 1952, Paulin became fascinated by the technique of bending plywood, which formed the basis for the design of the F437. Owing to its striking resemblance to segments of an orange, the chair soon earned the nickname ‘Orange Slice’.
