A seriously good vintage pencil reed desk with beautiful curved corners, sculptural proportions and incredible linear detail throughout.

The entire piece is wrapped in tightly laid pencil reed, with the top arranged in geometric sections that create a really graphic pattern. The rounded front corners soften the shape, while the side panels and substantial legs give it a strong architectural feel.

There are two discreet drawers across the front, making it practical enough to use as a desk while still looking polished enough to work as a console or dressing table.

The natural honey tone gives it warmth without feeling overly beachy — more 1970s Italian / tropical modern than coastal.
