Parker Sleigh Leg Four Seater Sofa

A genuine 1960s Parker four-seater lounge, this collectible mid-century modern set combines a beautifully low-slung profile with sculptural curves and a solid teak sleigh-leg base. Generously proportioned and exceptionally comfortable, it’s a timeless statement in classic Australian mid-century design.

Dimensions

225cm W (arm to arm at widest point) x 90cm D (front to back at widest point) x 50cm H (top of arm rest) x 70cm H (top of backrest) x 45cm (seat height at top of cushion)

Condition

The set was restored and reupholstered a few years ago in a rich mid-green fabric, which remains in very good condition with no holes, obvious wear or fading. Structurally sound and ready to enjoy, the timber base shows evidence of a previous repair and re-gluing to the right rear sleigh leg. This area is stable, with no movement or wobble.
