Condition 

In fully operational condition, the halogen lamp emanates a soft, warm glow. The multi-functional arm can be adjusted up and down depending on desired height and to varying angles. The 360-degreewheels roll smoothly. Visible scuff marks throughout
and general wear to the powder coated paint finish. Dents apparent to counterweight casing on adjustable arm (see photos).
