Rare 1960s Italian Murano OMA Pendant

Condition 

It is in original vintage condition. There is natural patina on chrome consistent with vintage age. One shade has a chip in the glass that has been repaired. This shade is on top of the pendant so is not in view when hung. There is a paint chip on the central post on the base.
