A square frame with a soft wave. This rare pair of Mario Cananzi ‘Quadronda’ chairs captures the best of Italian post-modern design: crisp geometry in polished chrome cradling a single ribbon of hand-woven rattan that curves from seat to back in one fluid line. The effect is sculptural yet surprisingly comfortable—light in the room, strong in presence.

No longer in production and hard to find as a matched pair, these make a statement in living rooms, reading corners, studios or boutique spaces. The name says it all: Quad-ronda — the square and the wave — a perfect dialogue between structure and flow.

Condition 

Present beautifully with light, age-appropriate wear. Frames are clean and bright; rattan is tight with an even golden tone. Structurally sound and ready for everyday use. The corners of the chairs' frame shows signs of natural aging with minor oxidation marks.
Does not affect stability or function.
