1950s Tropical Deco Pretzel Sofa.
Three seat sectional pretzel sofa with beautiful rattan stacked base in the manner of Paul Frankl.
Accompanied by stacked rattan table for use as coffee table or side table.
Rattan has been previously restored and is in excellent vintage condition for age with strapping intact and extremely sturdy framework to the gorgeous natural tones in the cane. Some edges have the occasional chip in varnish, and colour tones of the cane strands vary throughout the pieces however this enhances the beautiful worn patina of the natural fibres.
Cushions upholstered in recent years using indoor/outdoor durable navy fabric with white piping.
