Swedish Floor Lamp by Anna Ehrner

Vintage safari-style floor lamp by Anna Ehrner. Made and purchased in Sweden; Ehrner’s work is represented at the Swedish National Museum of Design.

This lamp has a bamboo frame and large canvas and bamboo shade. It has a Swedish plug and needs an adapter to be used — these can be purchased cheaply at most dollar stores or online. 

Condition

Good vintage condition; the lamp is gorgeous and presents beautifully. There are some imperfections that have informed its price: The fabric of the shade has some light marks. The frame of the shade is not a perfect circle and has some undulation. The screws at each foot need to be adjusted to the level of the floor, and on one foot there are some small foam pads, presumably for this same purpose (these can be removed if desired). Without these adjustments the lamp has a slight lean. Please refer to photos. 

Please note that while this lamp is functional it has not been professionally tagged and tested by a licensed electrician. It is advised that for safe use lamps are tagged and tested.
