Arflex Marenco Sofa

Statement purple velvet Marenco sofa, designed by Mario Marenco 1970. The Marenco range features the 3 places sofa built to Arflex's highest standards of comfort and quality.The Marenco sofa is composed of cosy cushions to create a uniquely welcoming piece of furniture. The padded cushions are inserted into a tubular metal frame, providing rigidity to the sofa. 

The colour is most accurate in the first photo.

Condition

This sofa is lightly used, and arrived in Australia in 2022. I would rate it 9.5/10. Given the nature of the velvet material, variations to the fabric might be visible depending on light and the way the fabric is brushed. There are some small marks as shown in photos which do not detract from the overall appearance . The sofa presents well overall. Inspections welcome.
