Early 20th Century Sri Lankan Daybed.

This piece is timeless & speaks for itself. Part a a small shipment that survived the 2004 boxing day tsunami in Sri Lanka.

Condition

Rattan was re-threaded around 20 years ago, so in good condition, only a couple of small areas where rattan has been re-tied.
Entire piece has small nicks, dents and wear, and there's a hairline split in one leg.
Does not effect structural integrity, and is extremely sturdy.
Wear adds to the aesthetic of the piece, and presents well for it's around 100 year age.
