Condition

Some general signs of wear as photographed & small stain on front left seat cushion. Some scratches to leather. Has been professionally cleaned. An area of wear on the back of the chaise. There's also a lighter patch of material on the inside of the chaise lounge (would not be visible when the lounge is being used).
