Beautiful Fred Lowen for FLER ‘UTW’ armchair, 1959. Newly reupholstered in a mint creme weave by Warwick.
Superbly comfortable, the model was also known as the “people’s chair” and echoes the atomic design influence coming out of the US. It coincided with the arrival of television in Australia and it is still perfect for lounge viewing thanks to its ergonomic design.
