Condition 

Fading from sun where cushions are placed and some marks on the frame underneath
cushions - noticeable only when cushions are removed. Broken zipper and small bleach mark on one cushion. Pilling on one of the arms. Front middle leg is temperamental - appears to be slightly longer than the other legs so it tilts slightly when moved/knocked
